This book belonged to Milton Rogovin, a well known social documentary photographer who lived most of his life in Buffalo (where I live). He died just over a year ago at the age 101, the New York Times obituary is worth reading, he led a remarkable life. I met him a few times around town, he was still getting out with some help in a wheel chair at age 100.
